DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?
Yes, appointments are available from 11:00am to 6:00pm. We are closed on Sundays. We recommend making an appointment at least two weeks in advance, especially for weekends.

HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

HOW LONG WILL MY APPOINTMENT LAST?
Your appointment is scheduled for one hour. Please be on time. If you arrive late, that time will be deducted from your scheduled hour.

DO YOU CARRY WEDDING GOWNS, BRIDESMAID, MOTHER OF THE BRIDE, OR FLOWER GIRL DRESSES?
We only carry wedding gowns in our shop.
For all other dresses, we CAN custom design.

WHEN DO I SCHEDULE MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?
2-4 months before the wedding date. Bridesmaids and special occasions should start 6-8 weeks before the event date.

HOW MUCH DO ALTERATIONS COST?
Because every gown and body type differs, we only charge for the work that needs to be done and not a flat rate.

HOW MANY FITTINGS?
Most brides don’t require more than three fittings.

WHAT KIND OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash, major credit cards, debit cards, and personal checks.
At the time of dress pick-up, we will only accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.

WHAT DO I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?
You should bring your shoes, any special undergarments, and a deposit to start the work to be done.
