SHIPPING & RETURNS

If your particular bridal dress style is in stock, it will take 1 week to arrive to you. If your style is not in stock, it can take anywhere from 3-8 months to ship. When you contact us to order your size, we will email you the approximate ship-out date so we can ensure you will receive your wedding dress in time for your wedding and alterations.

All orders are final. It is very important to get professionally measured to ensure your dress is ordered in the correct size. If you are not sure if you want a dress but still want to try it on, you can order a "try-on" for $150. If you decide to purchase the dress, the $150 will come off of your total purchase! If you decide it isn't the dress for you, you can ship it back to us, but the $150 is non-refundable.
